- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
- Language: Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1);
- Experience: one year of Customer Service experience is mandatory, cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;
- Ability to prioritize and plan;
- Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Attention to detail;
- Sales skills;
- Soft skills.
