About the department


Global Commercial Support department is responsible for providing support to various Commercial activities of Coloplast across the Globe. We provide services and cooperate in areas of B2B & Direct Sales, Consumer and Digital Marketing and many others. We are a part of Business Support organization with close connections with Commercial Operations Team in HQ.  

About the job


Customer Activation Manager will have Global responsibility for promoting and activating onboarding of B2B Customers to Coloplast offering in area of Sales Order intake within Customer Activation Program (CAP). The ambition of this role is to drive the digitalization and automation of Sales Order intake processes, onboard customers to the digital offering and decide on best automation match for them.

Your responsibilities
  • You will be the one Global point of contact to the markets in regards to Customer Activation Program and your main responsibilities will be:
  • Maintain, update and analyze CAP based on the current circumstances
  • Provide and update onboarding plan to external suppliers
  • Create and maintain guidelines for markets in regards to customer onboarding
  • Promote internally and externally digital offering within B2B sales order area and explain how to implement offered solutions
  • Prioritize customer activation order
  • Coordinate technical activities with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Coordinator
  • Prepare and update timelines for the project
  • Follow up and present KPIs that would measure the progress of implementation 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital sales and best practices
  • Good knowledge of B2B Sales Order business area
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service and/or Sales Representative, preferably from an international company
  • Experience in direct stakeholder management, project management and business negotiations
  • Proven track record of success within the area, preferably in Customer Activation
  • Track record of strong skills within cross functional, organizational and culture collaboration and ability to see the bigger picture
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Power Point and Excel)
