Customer Advisor with German

Opis stanowiska

• Training starts 17th of March
• Work 5 days a week on 8.5 hours shift ( including 1 hour break) schedule between Mon-Fri 7:00-19:00, Sat-Sun 9:00-18:00.
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw for the first 6-9 months. After this time, there may be a possibility for hybrid work based on the actual performance.
• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.

Wymagania

• Fluent in written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2 level).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
• Highly organized.
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
