Opis stanowiska

  • Training starts on the 12th of May
  • Work 5 days a week on 8.5 hours shift (with1 hour break) - schedule between Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00.
  • Available to work from our office in Warsaw for the first 6-9 months. After this time, there may be a possibility to work in hybrid model 50%.
  • Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
  • Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
  • Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
  • Support customers with travel difficulties.
  • Assist passengers via calls /chat.
  • Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.

Wymagania

  • Fluent in written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2 level)
  • Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
  • Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
  • Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Highly organized.
  • Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
