Customer Advisor with Swedish

Opis stanowiska
- Training starts on the 22nd of April
- Work 5 days a week on 8.5 hours shift (with 1 hour break). Schedule between Mon-Fri 7:00-19:00, Sat-Sun 9:00-18:00.
- Available to work from our office in Warsaw for the first 6-9 months. After this time hybrid work 50%. We offer relocation package for the people outside of Warsaw.
- Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
- Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
- Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
- Assist passengers via calls /chat and email.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
Wymagania
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish (C1) and English (B2 level)
- Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
- Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
- Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
- Highly organized.
