- Customer service for a well-known clothing brand and maintaining the highest quality of customer service in line with project standards
- Efficient customer contact through phone, email, social media, live chat. On Sundays, there is a break from phone calls; only chat is supported
- Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers
- Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems
- Active communication within the team and support for team members
- Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact
- Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian in speech and writing (native speakers preferred)
- Knowledge of English at a B2 level for team communication and training
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Shift work: Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00
- Work 5 days a week and only 3 weekend days a month. If you work on the weekend, you have days off during the week
- Experience in telephone customer service or similar work is preferred
- Contract of mandate
