- Developing and verifying specifications and requirements for contracts with current and potential clients
- Developing and verifying framework service contracts
- Ongoing updating and verification of existing agreements and documents
- Issuing and substantively controlling invoices related to the provision of services
- Continuous monitoring of the invoicing process and the timeliness of sales receipts
- Continuous collaboration with client representatives and external entities within the framework of existing agreements
- Continuously strive to improve Customer Relations with efficient & prompt service, using own initiative to resolve complex issues
- Proactively looks for better ways of working in order to ensure we provide best service to our customers
- Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Logistics and Production departments to monitor customer requirements throughout the order process, advising Customers & Sales of any change and provide alternatives solutions to meet customer requests
- Manage Customer complaints
- Maintain Customer Service Processes, standard and key deliverables to support customer centric organization
- Partner with all functional areas to ensure best customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in aviation industry
- Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the business
