We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our Customer Information Centre in Budapest. You’ll provide first-class support by answering product queries, troubleshooting issues, handling complaints, and guiding customers through both pre- and post-sales questions.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Handle customer calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide usability queries.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate cases when needed.
  • Provide product information and promote brand loyalty.
  • Meet quality and KPI targets while capturing customer feedback.
What we’re looking for:
  • Fluent Polish (Native) and good knowledge of English (B2).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics and PC connectivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling difficult situations with empathy.
  • Team player with adaptability and strong ethics.
