- solving passengers day-to-day problems
- handling complaints and issues
- knowledge of Italian - min. C1 level, English B1
- availability to work from our office

- ability to use Windows operating system and MS Office
- start date - 2nd of December
- we do not require experience - we will teach you everything! :)
- salary based on a civil contract (35.71 PLN/hr)
