Opis stanowiska
- Odbieranie zgłoszeń niemieckojęzycznych klientów, wsparcie w zakresie gwarancji, napraw i obsługa CRM dostosowana do potrzeb klienta.
Wymagania
- Zaawansowana znajomość języka niemieckiego (poziom C1), umiejętność obsługi klienta, logicznego myślenia i nastawienie proklienckie.
