German Customer Support Specialist

ONSITE WORK – GDAŃSK | Relocation Included

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer service via phone and email in line with the highest quality standards
  • Aiming to meet customer satisfaction KPIs set by your manager
  • Showing empathy and understanding toward the customer to offer effective support

This job is perfect for you if:

  • You speak German fluently (C1) and have a good command of English (B2)
  • You are professional, empathetic, and customer-oriented
  • You are confident using MS Office tools
  • You are motivated and eager to grow professionally
