Opis stanowiska
- Obsługa klienta przy zakupie i po sprzedaży samochodów elektrycznych, w tym obsługa połączeń przychodzących.
- Utrzymanie relacji z klientami oraz regularne raportowanie w systemach.
Wymagania
- Znajomość języka francuskiego (C1) i angielskiego (B2).
- Gotowość do pracy stacjonarnej w Lublinie (Czechów).
- Biegłość w obsłudze Windows i MS Office oraz doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne.
- Wysoka kultura osobista i skupienie na potrzebach klienta.
