- Obsługa zapytań dotyczących sieci stacjonarnych i mobilnych, konfiguracja routerów, rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych oraz obsługa połączeń przychodzących. Kandydat będzie również wspierał sprzedaż i współpracował z innymi działami. Komunikacja z klientami odbywa się w języku niemieckim.
Wymagania
- Zaawansowana znajomość języka niemieckiego (C1),
- Umiejętności techniczne,
- Komunikatywność i zdolność szybkiego uczenia się.
