Opis stanowiska
- Wsparcie klientów poprzez telefon, chat i e-mail (kontakty wychodzące i przychodzące).
- Zarządzanie poufnymi informacjami klientów z zachowaniem pełnej dyskrecji.

Wymagania
- Znajomość języka tureckiego (C1) oraz angielskiego (min. B2).
- Elastyczność w godzinach pracy, w tym gotowość do pracy w weekendy i święta.
- Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta, call center, turystyce lub branży lotniczej będzie dodatkowym atutem.
