Opis stanowiska
- Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych oraz diagnostyka klientów przez telefon,
- Analiza potrzeb klientów i przygotowywanie indywidualnych ofert,
- Współpraca z zespołami wsparcia technicznego i inżynierami,
- Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości obsługi klienta.
Wymagania
- Płynność w języku niemieckim na poziomie C1,
- Zaawansowane umiejętności techniczne,
- Efektywna komunikacja telefoniczna,
- Skuteczność w rozwiązywaniu problemów.
