- Maintain sales pipeline and customer reporting in a structured way
We are looking for a person who combines B2B sales capability with technical understanding.
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Technical secondary school or university degree (preferably chemistry, process engineering or a related field) or good praxis in the related segments
- Good understanding of industrial customer processes and the ability to discuss them with clients
- Ability to sell premium technical solutions based on quality, performance, and long-term operating cost benefits
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Native-level Polish
- Advanced English – spoken and written, including business and technical communication
- Willingness to travel extensively across all of Poland
- Driving licence
- Independent, proactive, and responsible working style
