- Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls
- Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
- Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
- Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service
- Input data, write quickly and clearly
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2) – both written and spoken
- Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken
- Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work
- Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way
- Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills
- Experience in customer service (individual / business customers)
