- Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls.
- Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
- Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues.
- Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service.
- Input data, write quickly and clearly.
- Fluent Polish, English, Hungarian C1 – both written and spoken.
- Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.
- Umiejętność spokojnego radzenia sobie z wymagającymi lub rozczarowanymi klientami.
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole, zdolność adaptacji i dbałość o jakość z dobrymi umiejętnościami obsługi narzędzi IT.
- Experience in customer service (individual / business customers).
